We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of listing data, but we do not guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free. License status should always be verified directly with the relevant state licensing board.
Contractors who claim listings on Haus of Contractors agree to provide accurate and complete information about their business, maintain their listing information in a current and accurate state, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
Paid listing plans are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase. Cancellation of a paid plan will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except as required by applicable law.
Users of Haus of Contractors agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users, or to interfere with the operation of our website or services.
Haus of Contractors reserves the right to remove or modify listings that contain inaccurate information, violate our terms of service, or are associated with contractors who have had their licenses revoked or suspended.
