Businesses that claim their listing agree to provide accurate information, including a valid state license number. Haus of Contractors reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that contains false or misleading information. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Haus of Contractors name, logo, and all site content are the property of Haus of Contractors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Publicly available contractor data (names, license numbers, addresses) is not subject to copyright protection.
Haus of Contractors is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haus of Contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any listed contractor.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.
